Mill Floor Wash V (MFW-V)

Mill Floor Wash V is an alkaline blend designed around our patented road
film removing technology. This technology, known to remove electrostatically bound soil as well as oils and greases, is further
enhanced by incorporating normal Buty Glycol Ether in MFW-V.
With Mill
Floor Wash V, we have a formulation effective on virtually all soils
likely to be found on concrete floors. Further, MFW-V is being employed in
soak, spray and steam cleaning operations with awesome results.

Physical State: Liquid
Color: Colorless
Density: 8.52 lbs./gal.
pH (1% Solution): 12.5
DILUTION
Use MFW-V at dilutions of one part cleaner to 10 parts water on the
most difficult soils. Light soils will require only one part MFW-V per 50
parts water. Heated solutions and longer soak times will demonstrate
even better cleaning. Follow all cleaning applications with a clean
water rinse.
COMPATIBILITY
Some painted surfaces and sensitive floor coverings may be harmed by
strong solutions of MFW-V. If there is a question about compatibility,
test prior to use on an inconspicuous place.
HANDLING
MFW-V is an industrial strength alkaline synthetic detergent. Skin and
particularly eye contact must be avoided. Do not take internally. Should
contact occur, flush immediately with water. If any discomfort persists,
consult a physician. Read relevant Material Safety Data Sheet before
handling this product.
DISPOSAL
MFW-V is completely biodegradable. Natural dilution due to rinsing and
the alkalinity reduction relative to the degreasing function usually
render it suitable for disposal to city sewer systems without further
treatment.
PACKAGING
Mill Floor Wash V is packaged in 55, 30, 15 and 5 gallon non-returnable
containers. It is also available in various sized intermediate bulk
containers (IBC’s) and in bulk tank wagon quantities.
