Defoamer 3180 is a high-efficiency, low cost, general purpose
non-silicone defoamer recommended for use in aqueous systems.

Density: 7.05 lbs./gal.
pH: Neutral
Flash Point: >300° F (PMCC)
APPLICATION
Typical of the many applications in which Defoamer 3180 can be used
to control foam are; waste water foam control, process water foam
control, defoaming of detergent materials and many more. Use at a dosage
of 1 to 50 ppm depending upon the application.
HANDLING
There is no unusual problems in the storage and handling of Defoamer
3180. It will not freeze but will become viscous at extremely low
temperatures. For ease of handling, use of the product at 40°
F or above is recommended. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with
skin and eyes. Should contact occur, flush with water. If any discomfort
persists, seek medical attention. Read relevant Material Safety Data
Sheet before handling this product.
PACKAGING
Defoamer 3180 is packaged in 55, 30, 15, 5 and 4 x 1 gallon cases
gallon non-returnable containers. Defoamer 3180 will show some phase
separation with perhaps associated varying defoaming efficiency over
time. We recommend ordering quantities that will be consumed within one
month from the date of purchase, unless drum agitation is available on
location.
